0. Recommended setup order

  • Create private staff channels for applications, tickets, verification logs and general audit logs.
  • Create the roles Ametrix should assign or use for dashboard access before opening the dashboard.
  • Place the Ametrix bot role above roles it needs to manage.
  • Keep public panels hidden until Overview → Validate Configuration and Test Center both pass.

1. Add Ametrix to Discord

  • Invite Ametrix with bot and applications.commands scopes.
  • Give the bot access to channels used for applications, tickets, verification and logs.
  • Required practical permissions: View Channels, Send Messages, Embed Links, Manage Roles, Manage Channels and Manage Nicknames.
  • Do not give dashboard access to every staff role. Start with owners and trusted managers only.

2. Open the dashboard

  • Login with Discord and select the server you own or manage.
  • Start from Overview. Treat the Setup Wizard as the source of truth for first setup.
  • Run Validate Configuration before testing live user flows.
  • Use dashboard fix actions before manually hunting through tabs.

3. Configure core modules

  • Verification: choose verified role, verification channel and optional Roblox group requirement.
  • Applications: configure panel channel, review/log channel, departments and form questions.
  • Tickets: configure panel channel, categories, logs, transcripts and auto-close settings.
  • Staff Access: add dashboard roles only for staff who should access owner/staff flows.

4. Run Test Center

  • Send test ticket, application, verification and log messages from Overview.
  • Confirm test embeds appear in the correct Discord channels.
  • Confirm no real ticket, real application or real verification is created by test actions.
  • Fix every red validation item before inviting beta users.

5. First beta users

  • Invite a small group first: owner, 1 manager, 1 reviewer and 1 normal member.
  • Run one real application, one real ticket and one real verification from start to finish.
  • Report bugs through Support with screenshots and exact reproduction steps.
