Terms
Terms of Service
These terms define the rules for using Ametrix during public beta. By installing the bot or using the dashboard, you agree to follow them.
Last updated: July 19, 2026
Eligibility and authority
- You must follow the age and account requirements of Discord and Roblox and have permission to use Ametrix for the community you manage.
- Only a server owner or authorized administrator should install the bot, configure workspace settings or grant dashboard access.
- You are responsible for protecting your Discord account and immediately removing access from staff who no longer need it.
Acceptable use
- You may use Ametrix to operate legitimate community applications, tickets, verification, staff workflows and related RP management.
- You may not use Ametrix for harassment, spam, scams, malware, unauthorized surveillance, evasion of platform rules or illegal activity.
- You may not probe, overload, reverse engineer for abuse, bypass limits, access another workspace or attempt to obtain Ametrix secrets or other users' data.
- You must not collect unnecessary highly sensitive information through application forms or tickets.
Community content and responsibilities
- Server owners control their form questions, ticket categories, staff assignments and moderation decisions and are responsible for that content.
- Server owners should notify members when applications, verification, ticket transcripts or activity logs are used and should configure retention appropriately.
- You must ensure the bot role and dashboard permissions are limited to trusted staff and comply with Discord, Roblox and applicable community rules.
Public beta availability
- Ametrix is a beta product. Features may change, be limited, pause, fail or be removed while testing and security work continue.
- We may restrict or suspend abusive, unsafe or unstable workspaces and may apply emergency fixes without advance notice.
- Premium labels or limits shown during beta do not promise that billing, pricing or every advertised feature is currently available.
Ametrix ownership
Ametrix software, branding, interface, documentation and original product materials remain the property of Ametrix Studio. Installing or using the service does not transfer ownership or grant permission to resell, copy or redistribute the source code or brand assets.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using Ametrix by removing the bot and requesting workspace deletion. We may suspend or terminate access when necessary to prevent abuse, protect the service, enforce these terms or respond to legal and security risks.
Disclaimers and limitation
Ametrix is provided as-is and as-available during beta. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, permanent transcript links, complete data recovery or error-free operation. Server owners should keep independent records of information they cannot afford to lose.
Changes and contact
These terms may change as the beta develops. Continued use after an updated version is published means the updated terms apply. Questions can be sent to support@ametrix.cloud.
