Copy the template below before messaging support. It includes the Ametrix version, module, timestamp and optional dashboard context so beta bugs are easier to reproduce.

Before reporting an issue

  • Open Dashboard → Overview and run Validate Configuration.
  • Use Test Center to send a test ticket, application, verification and log message.
  • Check whether the bot has Manage Roles, Manage Channels, Manage Nicknames and Send Messages permissions.
  • Confirm the configured channels and roles still exist in your Discord server.

Support priority during beta

  • Critical: bot crashes, data loss, dashboard access problems and broken setup flows.
  • High: broken embeds, missing logs, incorrect validation results and permission problems.
  • Normal: confusing wording, layout problems, empty states and small UX bugs.
  • Low: feature requests that do not block beta testing.
